Payment of Fees

• Fees must be paid online (https://pay.csm.cit.ie) and are due before each term commences.
• Members of the School’s academic staff are not permitted to give any student an individual lesson/class unless that student produces either:

(i) an official receipt that shows the fee has been paid; or
(ii) an official notice in lieu signed by the Head of School (such a notice will be issued to students and/ or their parents who make an acceptable case for permission to delay payment and/or for a reduction in their fee liability - see below).

• No student with an outstanding financial liability to the School for a previous academic year will be allowed to re-enrol for the current academic year until that liability has been discharged in full.
• Application for permission to delay payment of fees and/or for a reduction in fee liability must be made in writing to the Head of School, preferably before lessons/classes commence. Applications will be dealt with in confidence.
